Abstract

In relation to the implementation of development, a relevant question is how far development is carried out in accordance with the directions set out in Pancasila and GBHN. Even though it does not cover all aspects of development, composites such as the Human Development Index (HDI) can be used as a whole and at the same time see developments in the last 5 years. However, it should be remembered that the composite index is not without shortcomings, especially with regard to coverage, so its use needs to be linked to other indicators.
