Abstract

The Human Development Index (IPM) is an achievement indicator for the development of the quality of life of the community which is compiled based on three basic dimensions, namely longevity and healthy living, knowledge, and a decent standard of living. The HDI figures which are presented periodically every year aim to determine the achievements of human development in Kebumen, both in terms of general HDI achievements and its constituent dimensions.The Kebumen Regency HDI in 2022 has reached 70.79. With these HDI achievements, Kebumen is in the 'high' category of human development status. This achievement has put Kebumen in 26th position out of 35 regencies/cities in achieving human development in Central Java. These achievements and progress, leaving work and tasks that are not light, especially related to the dimensions of a decent standard of living.
